Getting to Columbia
Columbia is located in the central part of Missouri, between Kansas City and St. Louis, and is easily accessible by car.

The Columbia Regional Airport is less than a 20-minute drive from the venue (https://www.flycou.com/).

The conference will be held at the Memorial Union on the campus of the University of Missouri.

Lodging
Since the event is held on campus, there will be no conference-specific hotel. There are several hotels within a short distance of the venue (~5 miles or less).

Hotel Cluster Near MU Campus:
There are three hotels within walking distance of campus and downtown Columbia. If you want to stay close to the meeting site and downtown restaurant scene, check out the options below:

West-side Hotel Cluster:
There are three hotels on the west side of Columbia, and a shuttle service will be provided to transport attendees from these hotels to campus each day. The west side hotels are adjacent to the Columbia Mall and several restaurants. If you want a more economical option and plan to drive or take the shuttle to campus each day, check out these options:

Event Parking
There is limited parking available for visitors on campus. Attendees can pay an hourly rate for metered street parking or purchase a visitor parking permit for each day ($8 or $10/day, depending on location).

Things to do in Columbia
The city of Columbia is akin to a cool neighborhood in a big city, with a young vibe, an active buzz and an engaged community. We are a friendly and welcoming community, with a thriving downtown and an abundance of cultural opportunities. Columbia offers picturesque parks, clever cuisine, amazing art, and superb shopping, in addition to several local coffee roasters and breweries.
Several popular neighborhoods are adjacent to campus including The District, The North Village Arts District, and The Arcade District.

Off campus (walking, less than ~ 1 mile): Within a ~15 minute walk (or less) of the conference, there are several restaurants near campus. Please use the lunch breaks to network and explore one of the several restaurants in the area near campus.
